Yes. If you’re shopping from outside the European Union (the EU), your order is subject to import duties, taxes, and handling fees when it enters your country.
These are charged by local customs authorities and are your responsibility to pay.
Because prices outside the EU don’t include European VAT, what you pay at checkout is already lower—but your local taxes will be added on arrival.

What customers love about Weirloom
A different kind of fabric
Flannel that looks like denim
Most flannel shirts are patterned. This one isn’t.
The fabric is a solid indigo-dyed flannel—brushed on the outside and double-brushed on the inside.
But what matters isn’t just how it’s made—it’s how it behaves:
- Soft from the start
- Warm without feeling too heavy
- Fades and develops character over time
This isn’t a shirt that stays the same. It changes the more you wear it.
How it fits
Made to be worn untucked
The Weirloom shirt has a regular fit with a slight taper through the body.
It’s not slim, but it’s not boxy either. There’s enough room to move and layer, while keeping a clean shape.
It's cut to a length and has a hem that's designed to be worn untucked.

About the founder
Why I made this shirt
I’m Thomas, founder of Denimhunters. For years, I’ve helped people understand jeans—what matters, what doesn’t, and how to choose.
But Weirloom was never meant to be just jeans. The idea has always been jeanswear—a small, focused lineup of pieces that work together.
First the jeans. Then the T-shirt. This is the next step.
It’s based on the kind of heavy flannel shirts I’ve worn for years, focusing on what actually matters in everyday use—fit, fabric, and how it wears over time.
THE WEIRLOOM APPROACH
Buy less, wear more
There are many ways to talk about sustainability. This is the one that matters most here:
Buy fewer things. Use them more.
Weirloom is built around that idea:
- Durable materials that last
- Construction that holds up
- Design you won’t replace next season
The cotton is grown using regenerative farming methods. Production is kept in Europe, closer to where the jeans are sold.
One pair of jeans you’ll actually wear.
More Weirlooms
From the first jeans that launched Weirloom to new fits and the T-shirt that completes the uniform.
The soft start
The one-washed WL-001 'First Edition'
The story of the WL#1 began with the WL-001 First Edition, the first Weirloom jeans ever made. Those jeans launched as a pre-order project, with a small production run of just 92 pairs.
Like the WL#1, the jeans were cut and sewn in Portugal from the same Italian selvedge denim used today, in the same straight-leg fit and overall construction. A few details were different: the WL-001 'First Edition' had unbranded hardware and a jacron patch instead of the leather patch.
Feedback from customers who bought those first jeans helped me make a handful of small improvements that shaped the version that followed.
A few pairs from that original run are still available.
The next run
The raw WL-001 'Second Edition'
The WL-001 'Second Edition' followed the first run after the initial pre-order sold out.
It’s essentially the same jeans: the same straight-leg fit, the same Italian selvedge denim, and the same construction. The main difference is that the Second Edition was left raw — meaning the denim hasn’t been washed yet and will break in and fade entirely with wear.
Like the 'First Edition', it used unbranded hardware and a jacron patch.
A number of pairs from this second run are still available.
The current version
The WL#1 Regular Fit
The WL#1 Regular Fit builds on the WL-001 ‘Second Edition’.
Same straight-leg fit. Same unwashed Italian selvedge denim. Same overall construction.
The updates are in the details: branded hardware, a genuine leather patch, and an updated label. Small changes that make a difference over time.
Like the previous versions, the size range runs from 28 to 40—including the hard-to-find sizes 35 and 37. The jeans are sized like most European and North American brands, so there’s no guesswork.
A slimmer option
The WL#2 Slim Fit
The WL#2 Slim Fit is built from the same foundation as the WL#1. It uses the same Italian selvedge denim, the same construction, and the same top block through the waist and hips.
The difference is in the leg. The WL#2 tapers slightly from the thigh down, creating a slimmer silhouette while keeping enough room where you need it.
Like all Weirloom jeans, the size range runs from 28 to 40—including the hard-to-find sizes 35 and 37. The jeans are sized like most European and North American brands, so there's no guesswork.
Good jeans deserve a good T-shirt
The Weirloom T-shirt
The WL-T is the T-shirt I made to go with the jeans. It’s cut from heavyweight organic cotton jersey, knitted and sewn in Portugal, with a clean fit that’s comfortable across the shoulders and slightly tapered through the body.
Simple, solid, and made to hold its shape through wear and washing.
